What is Track Rental?

Track Rental is a short-term rental management company with a curated portfolio of properties in Saratoga Springs, NY.

How can I tour a property?

Short-term vacation rentals do not allow showings. Track Rental hires a local professional photographer to take photos of all the properties we list on our website, to ensure we show the entirety of the property and give potential guests and renters the best understanding and feel of the property.

Do I need to bring my own linens?

No, you do not need to bring linens and towels. They are provided at all properties.

How do the payments work?

50% of the rental payment is due now to book and reserve a property, and the remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to your arrival. All payments must be made to Track Rental LLC.

How much is the Security Deposit?

The standard security deposit is $1,000

How will my security deposit be handled?

Each rental will have a “Security Deposit Agreement” signed by the Owner and Tenant. The owner is responsible for returning the security deposit within two (2) weeks of the tenant’s departure unless otherwise specified.

How can I pay TrackRental?

Track Rental accepts the following payment methods – wire transfers, cashier check, credit card, and personal check.

How do I sign a lease agreement?

Lease agreements are sent through Docusign, and you simply e-sign with a tap of the finger.
