Trackrental.com brings together renters with landlords in Saratoga Springs, NY. Renters can search the website to find the home(s) that would best suit their needs for the track season. Landlords can list their homes for FREE. Then Trackrental LLC will finalize the terms and conditions when a lease agreement has been reached.

One (1) week is the minimum rental period. Properties can be rented on either Sunday to Sunday or Monday to Monday for weekly rentals.

Click on "Rent Property", on the property listing you wish to rent. Trackrental.com will ensure that the property is available for the dates specified. Once TrackRental confirms the property is available a lease agreement will be created and sent to the renter. The renter then signs the lease agreement and sends it back to Trackrental with the initial deposit. Finally, the landlord signs the agreements and confirms the rental. Copies of the lease agreement are then distributed to both the landlord and renter.

The price includes everything unless otherwise specified. Linens, pots and pans, silverware, etc will be at every residence.

Once you have signed the lease agreement the first half (50%) of the total rental will be due. The remaining half (50%) will be due two (2) weeks prior to arrival. All payments must be made to TrackRental LLC.

A standard security deposit for any residence at Trackrental.com is one thousand dollars ($1,000) regardless of term, unless otherwise specified. The security deposit will be due on the day of arrival directly to the landlord in either cash or a certified bank check.

Each transaction will have a "Security Deposit Agreement" signed by the landlord and tenant. It will have a specified date and time for final inspection of the premises. The landlord is responsible for returning the security deposit within one (1) week of the tenant's departure.

No, all of the fees are already included. Our goal is to make renting as simple as possible for both the landlord and tenant. We do ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it. The landlord does have the ability to withhold monies from the security deposit if any item(s) have been stolen, broken or extensive cleaning is needed.
